Ooglie Artrageous Fun!!

Over the August bank holiday weekend, Beningbrough was host to a whole heap of fun. From 'ugly veg' competitions, a vegetable catwalk, coconut shy and Punch & Judy shows, to our Ooglie veg trail and Ooglie Artrageous competiton!

If you are not familiar with what an Ooglie is, let me explain. Ooglies are fruit and vegetables with little googly eyes, they look quite cute and they wobble about from place to place. Anyway, over the bank holiday weekend, we set out an Ooglie trail around the grounds for families to take part in. On completion of the trail, we encouraged both adults and children to take a rest in our Learning Centre and have a go at creating their very own Ooglie. There were some fantastic creations, so we thought we'd post the entries on our blog as an Ooglie Gallery for everyone to see. Please have a browse and enjoy!
